After many years of offering 200-Hour Teacher Training, I am thrilled to have added a 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training!

For those who have completed a 200-hour certification and feel called to go deeper, this program is an invitation into the heart of yoga. Through study, practice, and community, we honor the roots of this lineage while preparing you to share it authentically in the modern world.

✨ Move at your own rhythm: our online modules are open for enrollment at all times, so you can begin whenever you feel ready. Contact hours and in-person gatherings weave in the support of sangha (community).

✨ Together, we will explore:

-The Ashtanga lineage and its living wisdom

-Alignment and transitions as mindful awareness and protection for the body

-Methods for teaching expanded formats such as Sculpt, Arm Balance, and Power Vinyasa

-Chanting, sutras, and kriya as gateways into subtle awareness, shaping the nervous system and refining the expression of prāṇa—the field of energy through which we move and connect

This journey is about deepening sādhana, strengthening viveka (discernment), and expanding the ways you hold space for others.

Some beings carry the teachings not just in their words, but in their presence.
Their way of walking, breathing, and being emobodies yoga.

I have been blessed to learn from teachers who live their practice—who offer not just technique, but a transmission of devotion, discipline, and deep inner knowing. They remind me that yoga is not something to master, but something to remember. An art to be lived.

This photo was taken during a powerful time practicing with Norman Allen in Kona, Hawai’i. It was his 77th birthday, celebrated by a circle of devoted students who had grown alongside him through decades of steadfast practice. His way of being made a deep imprint on me.

Teachers like Norman—and so many others along the path—inspire me to keep teaching. To keep training teachers. To share this wisdom with reverence and care. The philosophy, the messages, the tools of this path are not trends—they are treasures. They are worth preserving.

May we continue to study, to teach, and to walk the path together—rooted in love, guided by breath, and open to grace.
