“When should I come back?”
It’s one of the most common questions I get — and the truth is, everyone’s body and goals are different.
Some people come in for symptom relief. Others want to move better, sleep deeper, and actually regulate their nervous system long-term. (The latter being my personal favorite)
My job is to meet you where you’re at, help you understand what your body is telling you, and create a plan that supports your version of healing. ✨
