You don’t have to choose just one feeling.

You can be healing and angry.
Overwhelmed and grateful.
Exhausted and hopeful.

Two things can be true at the same time. That doesn’t make you inconsistent. It makes you human.

Which one resonates with you today?

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 to connect with the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Every 16 hours, Kansas loses someone to su***de. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
HeadQuarters Kansas is offering a FREE LivingWorks ASIST training on May 14–15 in Lawrence.

A two-day workshop that teaches you how to recognize when someone may be thinking about su***de and provide a skilled intervention to help keep them safe.

This training is valued at $500, and we’re offering it at no cost. Meals are provided. You just need to show up ready to learn.

Whether you’re a teacher, a first responder, a healthcare worker, or someone who simply wants to be there for the people in your life, this training will give you the confidence and skills to step in when it matters most.

Spaces are limited. Registration closes April 30.

Finding the right therapist isn’t always easy. Between cost, schedules, and insurance, it can feel overwhelming to even get started.

Because of that, more people are turning to AI for support. And while it can be helpful in the moment, it’s not a replacement for real human connection.

Healing happens in connection. It’s built on trust, empathy, and being truly seen and understood—something technology can’t fully replicate.

If you’re struggling, you don’t have to do it alone.
