"Usually, I'm skeptical of folks who have all five-star reviews. In this case, Chris deserves it. I started working with him eight years ago when I was 260lbs, without an ounce of muscle on my body. Working closely and being encouraged and trained by Chris, I dropped 80 pounds in 1yr, but this was only the beginning of our fitness journey.
Chris seamlessly increased the intensity and variety of my training over the course of months until I was running stairs, sprinting hills, box jumping and increasing in strength. Not once during that time did I ever think he'd planned something beyond what was safe and what I was ready for. Chris's training has been amazing."
