I know finding the right therapist can be scary and intimidating. There are a lot of unknowns and sometimes we let that hold us back. I want you to feel empowered to take control of your life. My goal as a therapist is to create a comfortable, welcoming and safe environment where you feel heard and validated. My belief is that your story matters and you deserve to be heard and guided through your struggle.
