Hey Zen Friends! I know it isn't spring yet, BUT with March right around the corner it is a great time to start thinking about warmer weather. Have you tried a fitness class with us yet? If not maybe it is time. We have 24 classes a week with some special pop up classes added occasionally. When March arrives next week please make a note of the slight changes in our class prices!! Pilates reformer classes will now be $16 per class and yoga classes will be $10. You can always take part in our FITNESS PASS deal. Load a fitness gift card with $200 and get 10% off.
