We hope you all have a joyful and peaceful Thanksgiving! We are all so very Thankful for all of you. We wouldn't be the Zen Zone without our peeps. A reminder thatbwe are CLOSED today and Friday (open for Pilates classes). We will reopen on Small Business Saturday with yoga at 9am and a Holiday Pop Up shop 11am-5pm complete with a hot cocoa bar serving a variety of hot cocoa like mexican hot cocoa, smores, and chocolate peppermint. Mark your calendars and join us for our NEW Saturday Holiday Pop Up Shops! The 1st one is Small Business Saturday November 29th 11am-5pm. Then Saturday December 6th, December 13th, and December 20th 11am-2pm. We will have lots of goodies to choose from from local artisans and some far away. Yoga mats, rice packs, blankets, pillows, mugs, candles, bath salts, and more. And of course gift cards to the Zen Zone. Can't wait to see you there!

For those who are unaware...I have a confession to make...I AM A CRAZY OIL LADY! 🤣 But seriously I have been using essential oils for a very long time now...so long I cant even tell you exactly when I started. DoTerra is MY personal favorite essential oil company. There oils are the best. Every bottle is third party tested and you can see the results when you go to source to you online and enter the number on the bottle. They also pretty much have spearheaded most of the essential oil studies that you can find in reputable places like National Institute of Health and Pub Med. They gather there oils from all over the world where they are natively found which makes for the best pick of the plants and it also serves as a way of life for many people in areas where poverty is common and making a decent wage is hard to come by. They give back to the areas they source their oils from helping to build schools and provide the area with clean water (to name just a couple of things). This week they always have. BOGO week. I will also have my essential oils at our Saturday pop up shops starting on Small Business Saturday. You can smell and try some there. We will even have a make and take on Saturday December the 6th where you can make a rollerball, scrub, and any other concoction we may come up with.
