✨ Ladies, let’s be honest… we run the health department at home. ✨
If you don’t remind him to schedule it, buy it, take it, or check it…
It’s probably not happening. 😅
(If men had to remember their own appointments, half the clinics in America would close.)
And NOW the FDA Expert Panel from yesterday just handed us more proof that the men we love need us to push this conversation:
📌 Low testosterone isn’t an “age thing” — it’s a MAJOR health red flag.
Look at what it’s linked to:
• Higher risk of diabetes
• Higher depression risk
• More obesity
• Reduced bone density
• Infertility
• And yes… TWICE the mortality risk
This isn’t about abs, s*x, or gym selfies.
This is about lifespan and quality of life.
Think about it:
You notice when he’s tired.
You notice when he’s moody.
You notice when he’s gaining weight, snoring louder, or just doesn’t seem like himself anymore.
Men write it off as stress.
But WE know when something isn’t right.
And hormones? Oh, they tell a story.
👉 Women are often the first to catch the symptoms men ignore.
And you might be catching them right now.
So here’s the nudge — gentle, loving, and maybe slightly bossy (because that’s our specialty 😉):
💬 “Babe… let’s get your hormones checked. For your health… and my sanity.”
We’re late to this conversation as a society, but we’re not too late to fix it.
Healthy men = healthier families.
And it starts with one simple screening.
