👋🏼 Hi, friends! We have heard your requests for a yoga class that is accessible to those with limited mobility!
🪑 With this in mind, our first Chair Yoga class will be Wednesday, December 3! Chairs will be provided, and our facility is wheelchair accessible.
🧘🏻‍♀️ Join us at 10 a.m. on Wednesdays for a class designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance.
👚 No prior experience is needed — just show up in comfortable clothes!
🙏🏻 Please plan to remove shoes upon entering the studio. This helps us keep the practice floor clean!
☝🏻If you have a yoga mat you’d like to bring to place under your chair, feel free to do so — if not, don’t worry! We have extras!
🔄 Teachers for this class will be on a rotating schedule.
💲You can pay online or in person — just $5 per class!

Hi, yoga friends! Here is our schedule for the week. As you can see, it is a bit abbreviated due to Thanksgiving.
🙏🏻 We hope you will enjoy this week of gratitude with your loved ones, and, if you can, join us on Tuesday or Sunday.
💜 Sunday will begin a faith-based, advent-themed series of classes with Trina Thornburg. Students will meditate on scripture while engaging in flowing movement and mindful breath. Classes are FREE and will take place at 3 p.m. on November 30, December 14, December 21, and December 28.

This Saturday at 2 p.m.:
👉🏼 Join certified YogaKids teacher Tonya LeAnn with your child or grandchild in tow as you explore yoga poses inspired by the children’s book The Secret of Saying Thanks by Douglas Wood.
🧘‍♀️Through engaging stories, catchy songs, and creative movement, you and your little one will develop strength, flexibility, and focus in a supportive and joyful environment.
😊 This class is suitable for ages three and up! No prior yoga experience is needed — just bring your smiles and get ready for some family fun on the mat!
💜 Our regular class rates apply for one adult and one child — $20 for a drop-in, or use your package or membership. Each additional child is $5.
