🌟✨New Primary Care Provider in Pulaski✨🌟

We’re excited to welcome a familiar face to our Pulaski clinic!

Melissa Holt, Family Nurse Practitioner, has joined our team and is now seeing primary care patients. Melissa brings over 8 years of experience in primary care and urgent care, along with several years of experience as a Critical Care nurse. She’s also DOT certified.

A proud Giles County native and Richland High School graduate, Melissa has been passionate about healthcare from a young age. She actually started her journey in healthcare as a Junior Volunteer at Hillside Hospital when she was just 14 years old.

Melissa earned her BSN from Austin Peay State University and her Master’s in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.

She is married to her high school sweetheart, Mike, and they have two children, Kenedie and Camden. Melissa believes strongly in building meaningful relationships with her patients and caring for the whole person.

She is now accepting new primary care patients in Pulaski, and we’re thrilled to have her caring for our community!
