we had a very disappointing experience at the Insomnia Cookies location on Spring Street in Atlanta. As part of a group of 10 or more individuals, we made sure to inform the staff in advance that we might take a bit longer to place our orders due to the size of our group. However, the staff member we interacted with was rude, impatient, and showed no interest in being helpful. Despite the fact that there were no other customers in the store, she lacked the energy and courtesy to answer a few simple questions. This completely ruined the experience for our group.
Customer service is key, and it’s clear that this location needs significant improvement. I strongly encourage Insomnia Cookies corporate to better train their staff, as they are the face of the brand. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
