Our Teen Saturday Yoga class was amazing!
We dove into coping skills for anxiety, depression and even anger. We discusses shyness, introversion, and being different. These kiddos made me so teary and happy at the same time. Because while I don't want them to have such a heaviness, I am thankful that they have found The Little Yogis Studio as a safe haven to share, be open, be vulnerable, and trust.

We literally laughed a lot because of all the grunting from deep stretching and got to know each other through intentional conversation. We did a lot of releasing, breathing, and stepping outside our comfort zone.

I hope today gave my young friends a good tool to use in their everyday life and a beautiful perception of yoga.
