The FARM Team Our mission is to facilitate the progress of young adults in addiction recovery by providing a unique combination of focused mentoring and life skills.

WHO WE HELP:
The F.A.R.M. Team will work with a select number of individuals each year, providing mentoring opportunities and providing the ability for these individuals to interact with professionals from myriad professions with the stated goal of helping the individuals successfully re-enter the workforce with established organizations and companies. GRANTS:
The F.A.R.M. Team will also provide grants to help cover expenses to assist these individuals acclimate into the working world, including but not limited to: obtain driver's license, providing transportation to and from work, cover outstanding fines preventing employment, and to provide for housing in a safe, sober facility or home.
