This 4-week Inversions & Arm Balance Series is designed to help you safely and progressively develop the strength, mobility, and technique needed for poses like headstand, forearm stand, handstand, crow, side crow, and more.

This is not a drop-in style class. It is a structured progression. Each week builds on the last so you’ll:

✨ Develop foundational core and shoulder strength
✨ Learn proper alignment to prevent injury
✨ Understand safe entry and exit strategies
✨ Break down fear around going upside down
✨ Build endurance and control in arm balances
✨ Receive hands-on guidance and coaching

Whether you're working toward your first headstand or refining your freestanding handstand, this series will meet you where you are and help you level up.

Expect drills, conditioning, wall work, partner work, and intelligent progressions designed to create measurable improvement over 4 weeks.
