Introducing Mommy & Me Yoga, one of the new classes offered at Tucker Recreation Center starting in 2026!

A gentle series designed to help postpartum moms rebuild strength, improve core and pelvic-floor stability, and ease tension from feeding and carrying. Movements are safe for all stages of recovery and can be adapted for C-sections. Moms flow while babies relax, play, or join in with simple, sweet movements. Enjoy mindful stretching, breathing, and a supportive community of new moms.
