We are a very busy ENT practice (6 providers), looking for a mature Front Office Assistant. Office located in Lawrenceville, NJ. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Benefits include: Paid Time Off / Health/Dental Insurance / 401(k) Matching.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in a doctor’s office
• Must be VERY reliable
• Must be able to multitask; as well as work under pressure
Answering phones – very heavy call volume , greeting patients, scheduling appointments, working with Insurance Companies and checking eligibility.
Ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.

Cerumen removal
Strobe’s
Pt teaching
Pre-op
OAE TYMPS
Dix/Epleys
Emptying and cleaning canisters
Cleaning instruments
Putting instruments away
Re-stocking rooms
Post-op
Removing packing (for epistaxis)
Translate for Spanish patients
