Competition day isn’t chaotic by accident - it’s chaotic when you’re unprepared.

A rushed warm-up. Missed jumps. Confusing clocks. One wrong declaration can be the difference between a PR and a bomb-out.

Master the Warm-up Room is the course every Olympic weightlifting coach needs to confidently command the back room on meet day.

You’ll learn how to:
• Control the meet timeline instead of reacting to it
• Make smart, strategic weight changes
• Use the clock to your athlete’s advantage
• Navigate IWF rules without second-guessing
• Handle delays, jumps, and curveballs with confidence
• Read electronic & paper boards like a pro

Plus: printable warm-up sheets + a pocket-sized rules card for real-time decision making.

Stop guessing. Start coaching with intention when it matters most.

help us wish a BIG P&G welcome to as she officially joins our coaching staff 🤭🇨🇦

Zoe is coming alongside our growing Canadian operation to work with the team in Vancouver. Having been a part of our Canadian crew prior to their emergence under Power & Grace, and over a decade of competitive weightlifting experience, Zoe has seen it all. She has developed a sharp eye for movement and a thoughtful approach to coaching. She enjoys helping athletes identify technical details they might not see themselves, and coaching is her way of giving back to a sport that’s shaped her as both an athlete and a person.Naturally analytical and relentlessly consistent, she’s drawn to the fact that training can be tracked, refined, and improved over time—and that the work you put in tends to show up exactly where it should: on the platform.
Zoe loves the training environment she’s been a part of developing with in Vancouver, and especially appreciates the Vancouver training environment: competitive yet welcoming, supportive at every level, and grounded in genuine team culture.

Outside the gym, Zoe works full-time as a civil engineer designing roads, transit, and active transportation infrastructure across British Columbia. Even in her free time, you’ll find her pondering how people move—whether that’s through a city or under a barbell, or training for her first marathon (coming May 2026!!)

Please help us OFFICIALLY welcome to our P&G Coaching Staff! 🦁🇧🇪

Eva Stassijns is a Coach for Power & Grace Performance and at the helm of P&G Europe, as well as P&G: Belgium. Eva is a competitor by nature, much like most of our staff, and has a dense sporting background. She joins our staff after time with our team as an athlete, during which she has competed at multiple European and Senior World Championships representing Team Belgium 🧇

Eva loves the sport for its mix of technical precision, raw strength, and mental challenge. What once challenged her most as an athlete has become her strength as a coach. Eva is patient, thoughtful, and deeply invested in helping athletes understand the technique and build confidence over time. Her athletic background spans gymnastics, swimming, and track & field, later leading to CrossFit and competitive weightlifting
Outside the gym, she’s usually with her (very cute) Border Collie or finding her next caffeine fix 👀☕️

We're so excited to have - link in our bio to work with her on TrainHeroic!
