joins as our newest member of our coaching staff. She joins our coaching staff with a diverse experience in gymnastics and circus. Additionally, Maude is a decorated Canadian weightlifter. She has represented Team Canada numerous times internationally, and is a Commonwealth, Pan-American, and Olympic Champion. Maude represented Team Canada at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, where she won a Gold medal, and the 2024 Paris Olympics, where she won a silver medal as well.
Maude has spent the majority of her elite weightlifting career as a remote athlete- making her uniquely aware of the presence and importance in being a part of team with a flourishing team culture. As a coach, this awareness sets her apart. In addition, she loves that our sport doesn’t bend toward acheieved perfection, always leaving room for something to keep working for. She is excited to join our team as part of the coaching staff, and begin collaborating to help athlete’s reach their goals.
