Mindfulness reduces stress, anxiety, and depression by enabling better management of overwhelming emotions.

Mindfulness isn’t about emptying your mind or achieving constant peace. It’s about learning to meet each moment with openness and curiosity. And the best part? You can begin right now—just by taking one slow, intentional breath.

Honoring Black History Month

This Black History Month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of black individuals and communities—past, present, and future. Black history is not only a story of perseverance in the face of systemic barriers, but also one of innovation, leadership, culture, and healing.

At View Point Health, we recognize that mental health is deeply connected to lived experiences, identity, and community. We are committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming, and accessible mental health care for all. This includes listening, learning, and continuously working to reduce stigma around mental health while addressing disparities in care.

We honor the legacy of those who paved the way and reaffirm our dedication to creating safe spaces where all voices are heard, valued, and supported—this month and always.

Stress has a way of settling into our bodies without us noticing. Gently unclench your jaw, relax your shoulders, and take a deep breath. Small moments of care throughout the day matter.
