Mental Health Awareness starts at home.

For teens, family can be a place of comfort—but sometimes also pressure, misunderstanding, or silence. That’s why mental health awareness isn’t just an individual conversation, it’s a family one.

Families don’t have to be perfect—they just have to be willing to listen.

This month, let’s focus on:
- Creating safe spaces where teens feel heard, not judged
- Having open, honest conversations—even when they’re uncomfortable
- Supporting each other through stress, anxiety, and tough moments
- Learning that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness

To families: your support matters more than you know.
To teens: your feelings are valid, and you deserve to be understood.

Mental health awareness grows stronger when families grow together.
