There are limited afternoon openings on Tuesday, February 25th and Wednesday, February 26th. These times are ideal for resetting your body, relieving tension, and restoring balance during the week. Booking ahead ensures you maintain your progress and stay on track with your wellness goals.

Why Hydration Is Essential

Hydration plays a critical role in how your body feels and recovers. When you are properly hydrated:

Muscles stay more flexible and less prone to tightness

Circulation improves, allowing nutrients and oxygen to reach tissues

Recovery time between massages is faster

Headaches, fatigue, and stiffness are reduced

Massage helps move fluid through the tissues, and drinking water afterward helps your body flush and restore efficiently.

What To Do Between Massages
