Why Hydration Is Essential
Hydration plays a critical role in how your body feels and recovers. When you are properly hydrated:
Muscles stay more flexible and less prone to tightness
Circulation improves, allowing nutrients and oxygen to reach tissues
Recovery time between massages is faster
Headaches, fatigue, and stiffness are reduced
Massage helps move fluid through the tissues, and drinking water afterward helps your body flush and restore efficiently.
What To Do Between Massages
Your results are influenced by what you do between sessions. To extend the benefits:
Stretch daily, even 510 minutes makes a difference
Move your body for at least 30 minutes (walking counts)
Stay hydrated throughout the day
Practice deep breathing to reduce stress and tension
Maintain good posture, especially while working or driving
Prioritize rest so your body can repair and reset
