👉What do you do when your patient or client has chronic low back pain, hip bursitis or IT band syndrome that isn’t getting any better?

❌ And they already tried adjustments?
❌ cortisone shots?
❌ massage?
❌ physical therapy?

And nothing has worked?

I’d put money on it that they have a lateral femoral cutaneous nerve entrapment.

It exists from L2 and L3 just lateral to their PSOAS muscle.

Then it hugs their deep abdomen as it comes out right in front of their pelvis and goes down the side of their thigh.

We have a patient right now who has had hip bursitis for 20 years.

His MRI is clean and the surgeons want to operate.

The amazing news is that he had this problem and after 6 treatments he’s 80% better.

He wants to go see his surgeons and educate them what adhesions around nerves are.

👉👉 Our next LB & HIp Accelerator is May 2-3, 2026, and you’ll learn the 12 most common tissues to get adhesed causing chronic LB & hip pain, including LFCN in the pelvis.
