It's Fluid Friday!!!!! As the weather cools down, here are a few tips to help you stay safe, active, and injury free!!
-Muscles actually become stronger and more flexible with a proper warm-up, even before winter walks or chores.
-Most cold weather injuries happen at the end of the day, when people are tired—so know your limits and stop before you’re exhausted.
-Slips on ice are a top cause of injuries like ankle sprains and broken bones—choose shoes or boots with good traction.
-Hydration matters in winter! You still lose fluids in the cold, so keep drinking water to prevent muscle cramps and fatigue.
❄️ Don’t let the chill sideline you—bundle up, warm up, and watch your step this winter. Your body will thank you! "
