Lawton Community Health Center is a comprehensive, family-focused community health center that offers primary medical, dental, pediatric, and behavioral health care to anyone. LCHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and private insurances, and uninsured patients. For those without insurance, care is provided on a sliding fee schedule which is based on the number of individuals living in the household and the total household income along a sliding-fee scale based on family income. Services include:

-Childhood Episodes of Illness
-Chronic Childhood Diseases (such as Asthma or Diabetes)

If you need Rapid Care after 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 3, please visit Rapid Care at 3811 W. Gore Blvd. Suite 10. It is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: If you go to Lawton Community Health Center at 5404 SW Lee Blvd. for pediatrics, speech therapy, or Rapid Care, you will be seen at the new LCHC Health Plex for those services starting Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
