Our office staff and doctors strive hard to be friendly, professional and caring, making each patient feel at home. We offer a select few retail products that our doctors believe in to include supplements and CBD lotion and oil. This office was founded on the same philosophy as that of the old fashioned family doctor where treating patients is the priority. That still stands today and that philosophy, has and never will change.

A reminder to Goodyear Tire employees:

You health insurance through Goodyear issued new member numbers effective January 1, 2026. If you have not gotten the card with the new member number yet, please go to your Anthem.com account, request one or print one out.

Providers can still obtain your benefits with your old number but we are not certain how long that information will be available. Save yourself some scrambling and get your new cards now.

Your new member numbers begin with OKE followed by letters and numbers.
