This week, I’m trading massage oil for crown polish as I mentor and cheer on 100+ incredible coed delegates from across the globe! 🌎✨ It’s a different kind of pouring out — of wisdom, confidence, grace, and leadership — and I can’t wait to also receive the inspiration and magic this pageant family always brings. 💫

Enjoyed a relaxing much needed massage on my day off and man did Mandy knocked it out of the park! I haven't experienced Ashiastu in years and now I'm hooked. Plus it was an absolute joy to visit with Mandy about this incredible skill and service that our community doesn't know alot about and we are aiming to share it. This will be my next Massage skill to learn more of as I was partially trained in it in 2019. Hi, My name is Sasha Shelton, owner of Naturally, At Peace. I went to Platt College in 2008 to study massage therapy as a part of my passion and journey to being a Practitioner of Health and Wellness combining my background in the nursing field. I am currently study different modalities in depth to bring to my business: acupressure, ai chi, applied kinesiology, applied physiology, ashiatsu, Balinese, balneotherapy, using a biofeedback machine, oncology massage, cryotherapy, geriatric massage, and more. My mission is to educate my community that massage therapy is more than just a “luxury spa service” but the ultimate healing tool for the mind body and soul for prolonged health and well being.

Naturally, At Peace is a massage therapy service that is located in Black Dog Crossfit and offers its services to businesses and non profits for onsite sessions, as well as custom parties such as: day of wedding relaxation , bridal showers, baby showers, and more. SERVICES CURRENTLY BEING OFFERED: DEEP TISSUE OR SWEDISH PREGNANCY, CHILDREN/TEENS AROMATHERAPY/HOT STONE (AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!)
