Try our exercise of the month to gently stretch your shoulders, elbows, and chest for better overall mobility! 🧘‍♂️💪 Towel Pull: Sit or stand tall with a rolled towel behind your head, hold each end in front of you, and gently pull forward and downward to support your head. Slowly extend your neck backward while looking toward the ceiling, using the towel for support rather than force, then return to the starting position. Aim for 3 sets of 10 reps to promote mobility and posture.

We have hired Dr. Vanessa Alleruzzo (OTD, OTR/L, CHT) - an Occupational Therapist & Certified Hand Therapist with years of experience treating a variety of hand, wrist, and finger conditions.
