One of the perks of being a foot zoner is the ability to zone yourself! 🙌

Many of you have heard me say that I personally try to get my feet zoned once a month. Well, I know a lot of fantastic zoners, but life doesn’t always allow time for a swap. 😕

It has been far too long since I’ve been worked on and I can feel it in my body as well and my mindset and emotions. My spirit has been weary. 😮‍💨

So this evening I spent some time taking care of myself. Not only are my feet happy, all of me feels calmer, relaxed and more capable.🫶

It’s a great day to be a zoner!

Can you believe it’s September already?! 😲
I don’t know about you, but my world has been crazy busy this year! 😅

I think most of us are out here doing all the things and wearing all the hats on a daily basis and I hope you are able to enjoy a well deserved long weekend! 😌

😮‍💨 It has been a HOT 🥵 one, hasn’t it?
This summer is no joke and up here in Davis county school is starting early, we are jumping from the frying pan🍳 right into the fire!🔥

Hopefully we’ve all had a chance to relax and enjoy some fun in the sun (or shade) and is ready to get back to school refreshed!

If you’re feeling a bit rushed and overwhelmed a nice relaxing footzone will quickly bring you back into balance and set you off on the right foot! 😉
