We’re excited to once again sponsor and run in the The Hero in Me 5K Burn Camp, and we’re putting together our team for race day!

Practical tools to manage big emotions, handle stress, stay present, and strengthen relationships.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parenting Group – CPS Model (Starts March 5)
Support for parents navigating challenging behaviors with a collaborative, empathy-based approach that works.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Ashley Patino, ACMHC 🌟

Ashley is a compassionate therapist who supports clients through anxiety, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. She uses a collaborative, person-centered approach and integrates CBT, mindfulness, and her training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients process difficult experiences and create meaningful change.
