You will need someone to care for you when things get tough and you're at your worst. That's why we want to compensate and celebrate the amazing work our healthcare staff provide. Nursing isn't a career for the faint of heart and unless you are at the bedside willing someone to live eith all your might & knowledge....or praying for their peaceful, quick, and painless passing, you will never know. Healthcare workers deserve far for more than they ever receive. WE KNOW THAT. And we WANT TO BE THE CHANGE. We want to create the change in the healthcare world that says, WE DESERVE MORE. What we experience doesn't always get to stay at work, sometimes it comes home with us too - although we wish it didn't. At ProMed Elite we know money isn't everything but it helps.
