Our procedures are performed by our highly trained dental staff. We utilize the latest technologies available. These include:

Nitrous Oxide - We offer nitrous oxide, a mild sedative and pain reliever, when requested to make your visit to the dentist more comfortable and less painful. In Room Television - In every ceiling there is an LCD TV with remote and headphones so you can watch TV or movies during your procedure. Bright Tooth-Colored Fillings - Almost all of the fillings you will receive in our office will be tooth colored. Digital X-Rays - This groundbreaking technology gives us access to your x-rays in seconds instead of hours and you'll be less exposed to the x-ray radiation than with standard x-rays (up to 1/10 of the exposure). Meet Dr. Tim Harrison!

Dr. Tim Harrison is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management from BYU-Idaho. He then attended Creighton University School of Dentistry through the Idaho Dental
Education Program. He graduated magna cm laude and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society, in recognition of his academic achievement and commitment to the profession. He provides a full range of services
including restorative, cosmetic, preventative, and emergency treatments. He is passionate about offering quality, evidence-based care for his patients while prioritizing comfort and patient autonomy. He is committed to educating his patients to empower them to make good decisions regarding their oral health.

In his free time, Dr. Harrison loves to play tennis and pickleball, listen to audiobooks,
and spend time with his wife and kids. They love to go on walks as a family and explore the outdoors.

Dr. Harrison is excited to work with our team to provide the best comprehensive dental care possible, and he is looking forward to getting to know all of our wonderful patients here at Layton Hills Dental Care.

Ever wonder how veneers are made? 🦷

Veneers are usually created in a dental laboratory from an impression taken in the dental office. During the first visit, the color is matched using a shade guide then the teeth are filed down a bit. Next the teeth are fitted with temporaries while the veneers are being created at the lab. Then the veneers are cemented directly onto your teeth and polished to a natural, aesthetic smile.
