So you need to look at number one food number two sources like beauty, products, shampoos, conditioners, facial moisturizer, make up can’t have iodine in them or iodine like properties.

For example, some moisturizers with 15 mL could have up to 2000 µg of iodine so whether you take it with Hashimoto’s or not it really needs to be keep it within 150 µg then that’ll tell you if you need to Supplement or not.

Part 3- Replying to Morgan skates if you have high thyroid anti antibodies, and you were told to just monitor it, and you didn’t qualify for thyroid medication yet is this the right way to go.

Think of it this way, your house has termites and the exterminator tells you not to do anything until your roof caves in and when that roof caves in you’re only given an umbrella and a heater and it’s not addressing the infestation. This is what’s happening with traditional medicine they are only treating your symptom which is hypothyroid with hormone replacement. That hormone replacement does nothing to help your immune system or even your thyroid.

Part 5- three stage is too Hashimoto’s disease or any autoimmune condition. Which one are you in?

Stage one is the silent stage where you have positive antibodies, but no symptoms you could be in this stage for years. You have positive antibodies, normal thyroid panel.

Stage two you have positive antibodies but now you have more tissue damage that you were having symptoms. Typically this is considered sub clinical hypothyroid where you’ll have a high TSH, but a normal free T4 or maybe slightly lower free T4, but still in the normal range.

Stage three you’ll have positive antibodies, positive symptoms consistently and now you have tissue damage that you get a diagnosis of hypothyroid.
