Part 3- Don’t take iodine until you do this one thing! You must take a complete inventory of how much iodine you’re getting in your diet before you take it. So you need to look at number one food number two sources like beauty, products, shampoos, conditioners, facial moisturizer, make up can’t have iodine in them or iodine like properties.
For example, some moisturizers with 15 mL could have up to 2000 µg of iodine so whether you take it with Hashimoto’s or not it really needs to be keep it within 150 µg then that’ll tell you if you need to Supplement or not.
