With the federal government shutdown, CalFresh (SNAP) benefits are being delayed for the month of November — and we know how deeply this is impacting the families in our community. 💔
At Long Valley Health Center, our Enhanced Case Management Team truly cares about making sure no one in our community goes hungry. We’re closely following updates and expanding our efforts to help those who may be affected.
Our team partners with local Food Banks and distributes food directly to community members in need. We also operate a Resource Group that provides transportation for patients who need support with grocery shopping.
Now, we’re taking it a step further with a Community Food Drive.

🛒 Drop off non-perishable food items at our front desk anytime the clinic is open.
🎟️ Every donation enters you into our monthly raffle for a $25 Chevron Gift Card, starting in November!
