We need your help!!
The Iowa Chiropractic Education and Research Foundation is conducting a statewide patient survey to understand the benefits and impact of chiropractic care in Iowa. By giving us feedback, it will help shape the future of chiropractic, helps fight for better insurance coverage, and gives you a voice in improving access to chiropractic care. This is the first time the chiropractic profession in Iowa has conducted a widespread or detailed survey of Iowa citizens.
Anyone over the age of 18 can participate in this survey, will only take 5-7 minutes to complete, and everything is kept completely confidential. (Emails are requested solely to prevent duplicate survey submissions and to avoid repeated requests to complete the survey. You will never be contacted for any marketing purposes.)
Our goal is always to provide the best chiropractic care possible, and by filling out this survey, it will help shape the future of chiropractic in Iowa. 🗳️
