An all inclusive yoga studio that invites you to show up as your messy, authentic, imperfect self to remember and be in service to the love that is always within YOU! I love helping people experience what Yoga actually is and what it can do for their body, but also their spirit!

There is no where I would rather be on International Women’s day than with other women, lifting up and supporting other women, while women take up space to be in their bodies!

It’s not about what it looks like, it’s about what it FEELS like to come into our flesh. The one became two for the joy of becoming one again.

Stay fierce and tender little loves! The world needs us in our bodies because that’s where our power is!
