We have a FUN weekend at Awaken! A full class schedule to support you through the Holiday!
♥️9am Flow Saturday morning with Mike - this was a regular on our schedule for 7 years! So nostalgic to have it back this weekend!
🔥🧊 Fire and Ice- a Kundalini and Restorative class.
Sunday at 3pm with Mike- this will be a grea class to mive the holiday fretting out and settle in and receive!
🕯️ Unravel and Receive- a FREE 90 minute offering with Mike and Carmen to honor the year of the snake 🐍 and usher in the year of the horse 🐎. Please register if coming, and bring a journal!
