There are many new faces here, so I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and share what this is all about! 😊
Strength Aerobics with Kristin is a fun, uplifting workout that truly meets you wherever you are in your fitness journey. We use simple, easy-to-follow moves set to Christian music, and everything can be modified—so it’s perfect for all levels.
All you need to bring is water (and maybe a towel… you will sweat 😅). I always recommend starting with no weights, and as you build strength and confidence, you can add 1–2 lb hand weights if you’d like. I do require participants to be 13+ in age.
There is no cost to you for this class however, donations are welcome. These donations go towards utilities use, equipment, music, continued education, etc.
This is a judgment-free, encouraging environment where we praise God, move our bodies, and take care of the temples He’s given us. 💛
A little about me—
I’ve struggled with fitness and healthy routines since I was a pr***en. I hit a rock bottom point in my life and turned everything over to God… and I haven’t looked back since.
I used to attend workouts with Sarah Adams in Wyalusing, and I loved it. It was the first time I found exercise that didn’t feel like a chore—it was fun, energizing, and something I looked forward to.
After moving to the Northeast Bradford area, I struggled again to find something I enjoyed consistently… so I decided to create it.
That’s how Strength Aerobics was born. 💪✨
Since then, I’ve lost 85 pounds, became a certified group fitness instructor, and now I’m passionate about sharing this joy with others through music and movement.
