Dear GGCA Community,

✨ Thank you to those who completed the survey✨

Here’s what we learned from the responses:

✅ Credit/Debit card payments would be a helpful option.
✅ A need for more/different hours was expressed.
✅ There was interest in private acupuncture sessions in addition to the community model.
✅ Not many people were aware of the option to request receipts for Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts and insurance “out of network” benefits.

How are we responding?

🌟 We now take all major credit/debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. HSA and FSA cards should also work (I would love it if someone would help me test an HSA/FSA transaction!).

🌟 Starting after Thanksgiving, we will have morning and afternoon hours on Fridays:  9am-Noon and 2pm-5pm. Tuesday/Thursday hours will be 3pm-7:30pm. As always, the last bookable appointment online is one hour before closing. Kerri can usually accommodate shorter appointments (30-45 minutes) toward the end of the shift (just text or call to request).
