At Spectrum Hospice, we know that life doesn’t pause when we walk through the doors of work. Many of us carry personal losses that shape our days in quiet, invisible ways. We want to acknowledge that grief is not something you “get over,” but something you learn to live with, and no one should ever have to do that alone.

If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, please know that your feelings are valid, whether your loss happened recently or years ago. Grief can come in waves: some days we feel steady, and other days small moments can bring everything rushing back. Wherever you are in your process, it’s okay.

We offer a wonderful Grief Support group that is free and open to the community to join. If you need extra love, care, and support please join us at our next meeting 💙

Keeping hands clean is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to stay healthy and stop the spread of illness.

Remember the 4 key principles of hand hygiene:
1. Wash when hands are dirty
2. Wash before eating
3. Don’t cough or sneeze into your hands
4. Don’t touch the T-Zone of your face

How to wash effectively:
• Use clean running water
• Lather with soap
• Scrub for 20 seconds
• Rinse and dry completely
