I think this hits home for a lot of people I sit with, we replay things over and over, wishing we could undo what’s already been done. The truth is, none of us get to start over. But we do get to start again, right where we are.

That’s what therapy is about. Not pretending the past didn’t happen, but learning how to stop letting it run the show. You can still write a different ending; one that feels lighter, healthier, and more peaceful.

🌿 Let’s talk about anxiety for a second.

It doesn’t always look like panic attacks or hyperventilating.
Sometimes it looks like:
💭 Overthinking every little thing you said.
😴 Being exhausted but your brain just won’t shut off.
❤️‍🩹 Feeling on edge for no reason.
💬 Saying “I’m fine” when you’re really not.

Anxiety can show up in quiet ways like that tight feeling in your chest or the constant “what if” running through your mind.
