This month, as SNAP benefits come to an end for many families, I want to do something small, but from the heart.

If your family is in need, I’d love to gift you one free sourdough sandwich loaf this month. No questions, no judgment. Just fresh bread, made with love and intention.

I know what it feels like to struggle to make ends meet. As someone who’s been on food stamps — as a young adult trying to rebuild my life after getting out of jail and finding my footing again. I’ll never forget what it meant when someone extended kindness my way.

This is my way of giving back. Of offering nourishment. not just for the body, but for the heart, too.

🍂 As the seasons shift, so do we.

There’s something sacred about the way fall invites us inward… to slow down, nourish, and ground ourselves. Just as nature begins to rest, our bodies crave warmth, comfort, and deeper nourishment.

This is the season of soups simmering on the stove, the smell of fresh bread filling the kitchen, and gathering around the table with the ones we love.

As we move into these cooler months, I’ll be spending my days baking and crafting small-batch sourdough and organic goodies. real food made with intention and love, to bring warmth and nourishment to your home.

Every loaf, starter, and wholesome good I make is created with the hope that it becomes part of your family’s rhythm, something that reminds you to slow down, savor, and care for your body as nature slows too. 🌾

Played around with what I had on hand last night when feeling under the weather but also had a sweet tooth 🤤

Ended up with a GF carrot cake (which would have made AMAZING muffins!) 🥕🤍

Not only was this gf but the “sugar” source in this was honey & maple syrup, and there was only 2 whole tbsp of butter! NO oil!!!???

My newest (non)guilty-pleasure!
