It isn't just "as above so below", it's also "as within so without". In order to manipulate energy, manifest things and change your outward situation you must 1st be able to do those things internally.

Going through the process of facing the depths of your own darkness, understanding why, and changing your thought patterns to rise up into inner peace is the cornerstone of building the life you desire.

At times this process may be so heavy it feels like death, it is the dying of old thoughts while new ones are being born.
