Meditation. Yoga Nidra. Shadow Work. Positive Psychology. Earth Wisdom Tradition Ceremony & Ritual. From a very young age, I spent much of my time turned inward.

Having such a strong draw toward accessing stillness nudged me into the depths of the living experience. What I found was an amazing and vast inner sanctuary in which I could access deep source and hear the call of my own purpose and I began to develop an evolving navigational system of the inside world. What I most hope to bring through my work, is a safe container to explore these deep realms of the soul. To offer a hand in helping you to access your own beautiful inner sanctuary. We all have allies of support and wisdom that we can only access by spending the time going inward. My purpose is to help you attune and engage with yours. Whether it's through ceremony, ritual, shamanic journeying, sacred visioning, meditations or yoga nidra, the teachings stream through the collective field of Loving Presence, Nature, and The Sacred. In a physical class, I love to flow consciously and creatively, honoring the physical form by igniting the formless. I have a sweet spot for working hard, but doing so mindfully, with steadiness and a light heart. By integrating teachings of energetic anatomy, alignment of physical body, & attunements to nature, we work together to access personal empowerment with spiritual practices and practical tools to live fully, wholly, integrated. I am a lifetime learner. I am full of gratitude for having had the great privilege of studying for the last 24 years extensively with a diverse group of teachers that have so skillfully and artfully distilled the ancient teachings of yoga, meditation and shamanism, and awakened me through these beautiful practices of the Spirit, inspiring and guiding me on my path. I am a certified Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner, have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Holistic Health Psychology from Bastyr University and a Master’s Degree in Integrative Studies in Psychology from Antioch University. I'm a certified yoga teacher of 22 years, and am a certified Meditation Teacher and a certified Yoga Nidra teacher as well. I love this path. I'd love to connect with you somewhere along the way. As my family and I begin to close down our well-lived-in rental home in WA & prepare for our journey back to Costa Rica, I’m feeling a strong polarity in my system.

One side calling for an almost hibernation-style rest.
The other pulled toward a VERY long list of things needing tending.

The question continuously arising (maybe for you too):

How do we meet the call for slow, steady restfulness�while tending a seemingly endless list of doings?

Linear time feels like it's massively accelerating
while spiral time just wants to stretch itself into open, eternal spaciousness.

For me, the peace is coming through honoring the transitions between
the wide open spaciousness, and the daily practicalities.

Recently, I hosted a tea ceremonialist friend for a weekend of tea gatherings . It was so deeply nourishing.

And yet right afterward came the real need to return to kids, businesses, relationships, appointments, calendars… and the list goes on.

The healing; the return to wholeness, has been in holding the part that wants to stay in those luscious cocoons of spaciousness
and the part that resists, or might even be slightly addicted to, the Doing.

Letting the Witness hold both in Clear Presence.�
And being pristinely aware of my quality of Being in the transitions.

Sometimes it’s a single breath to close the computer and close my eyes.�Sometimes 5 minutes of journaling.
Sometimes it’s hours or days of allowing the transition itself to show the way.

So, in honor of a big beautiful pause, I’ll be quiet with online offerings for the next couple of months.

My only online offerings until June 2026:

Equinox Blessings!!

Even as I sit here in my sunny and warm jungle office space,

I feel a deep and ancient remembrance in my bones of this major transition happening.

The inside to outside sense of a quiet emergence of the soul.

Each landscape I visit,

each place on this planet that I rest my head

and traverse the vast and ever creative dream space,

I feel a beautiful weaving of self into Self,

parts into wholeness,

untethered into fully intact connectedness.

Wherever you are on this glorious body of earth,

Wishing you a soft and gentle transit into a season of slow, nourished, growth and expression.
