Announcement time: Navy is here! She is preterm but we survived complete previa after we went into early labor this week. We are on the mend and headed home for some TLC. Of course, I needed to share the news. Don’t forget that everyone is in great care wirh Dr. Jamie as the main Chiropractic provider! Thank you to everyone for the prayers, thoughts, and well wishes!

Feeling so loved! 💕

On my last day before maternity leave, my amazing coworkers surprised me with the sweetest baby sprinkle. I’m so grateful for the support, kindness, and thoughtfulness of this team. Thank you all for making this transition extra special - I couldn’t ask for a better LFC family!

Although my schedule is now officially clear of patient care physically, I do still plan to stay in office for support for a bit as we await Navy’s arrival. Dr. Jamie will do amazing taking on full duty of our chiropractic services until 2026!

Also, per usual, stay tuned for baby updates (because we aren’t shy about miracle announcements)!
