Healthy Tip:

Trade out your sweeteners for more natural alternatives!

Pure maple syrup, raw honey, cane sugar are easier to be digested, supply some important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and are typically lower on the glycemic index (meaning they arent as rapidly processed by your liver, preventing sugar highs and sugar crashes)!

Also pair cinnamon with sugary treats and carbs to help with that sugar metabolism! 😉

Healthy Snack Ideas: ✨Fall Addition✨

Seasoned Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (salted, pumkin spice, cinnamon and maple, curry, etc)

Golden Milk (raw or whole milk with pure maple syrup, honey, cinnamon, and turmeric)

Zucchini Pumpkin Bread (add nuts, berries, cinnamon, etc for a lil something extra)

Pumpkin Sage Hummus

Apples/Dip (peanut butter, greek yogurt, salted caramel)

Chai Spiced Apple Muffins
