Lydia of The Red Hibiscus Juice Co invited me to talk at her Healthy Happy Hour. The topic was -- Detox... and how. The body has several ways to detox. Liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, lungs, skin, sweat, tears all help our body to get rid of the un-helpful toxins. Water, teas, juice, tinctures, bath soaks, clay, detox wraps, lymphatic drainage massage, and exercise are some of the many self care ways to help the detox.
It was quite fun. I loaded up a bag full of detox soaks, Citrus & Kale herbal face masque, Charcoal & Black Seed Clay masque, 3 epsom salt soaks, a couple of clay blends, a detox soap bar, dandelion tea blends, seaweed, a portable foot soak tub, & 3 books that have helped me detox and have a better environment and outlook.
It was a quite good day.
