Monarch ABA

Welcome to Monarch ABA! We provide one-on-one educational and behavioral services to children, youth, and adults living in and around the Leavenworth, KS area.

All of our services are catered to the individuals and family needs. Most services are home-based, school-based and community-based. This allows for the individual to learn and develop in locations that are most relevant and important for our clients and their families. We also offer ABA workshops and IEP consultations. At Monarch ABA, all of our services are based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We believe that skill development and behavior change occur most successfully when services are family focused, strength-based, and multidisciplinary. We are committed to fostering a family-driven and team-based approach to ensure programs are comprehensive, relevant, and focused on individualized goals.

Monarch ABA is looking for positive and passionate behavior therapists to work 1:1 with clients diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must reside in Kansas. Applicants must have a high school degree or equivalent, a RBT certification is required, US work authorization.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Applicant must be positive, enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, self-motivated, have effective time management skills, observation skills, analytical skills, and be a supportive team player. Provide a quality and supportive therapy program, in addition to assisting in the maintenance of a positive and team-based working environment.
All applicants must pass a background check.

We have moved! 319/321 Delaware St, Leavenworth, KS 66048 from 2800 square feet to over 9000! We are excited about the move and starting to settle in nicely. Please be patient as we settle as this has been a huge undertaking for Monarch staff. Open house will likely occur in November. Hope so see everyone soon!
