We're thrilled to welcome Carrie Burggraf as our Chief Operating Officer.

Carrie comes to us with over 25 years of experience as a geriatric physician assistant and certified geriatric care manager, plus extensive leadership in home care sales, training, and business consulting. Carrie will be bringing an exceptional depth of expertise to our team.

As RNS continues to expand across multiple locations, including our recent Florida acquisition, Carrie will play a key role in helping us execute our growth strategy while maintaining the highest standards of client care and employee support that define who we are.

Outside of work, Carrie is a proud mom of three grown sons and a lifelong athlete - having competed in two national triathlon championships! She also loves racquetball, biking, cooking, fashion and most of all, connecting with people.

We're excited for what's ahead and look forward to continued success - together! Welcome!

✅ Lift Smart, Work Safe! Our Safe Client Handling classes teach the best techniques for protecting caregivers and their clients.

🙌 Care starts with safety. Caregiver built confidence, learned how to prevent injuries, and learned safe handling skills during the training.

💪 Caregiver's backs matters too! Learning proper techniques to keep themselves and their clients safe is a must!

Liz & Emma became good friends while Emma was going to nursing school in St. Louis and working at RN Services Private Duty Care.
