🤩 Here’s a fun example of a rhinoplasty morph and the actual surgical after.

When a patient has a consultation with me, I usually provide a morphed or edited photo for them to get an idea of what they can realistically expect from their surgery.

Often the actual surgical outcome is close to the morphed photo, and in this case I think her actual outcome exceeds her morphed photo!

We’re not always looking for drastic changes with plastic surgery, often we’re looking for a subtle and refined improvement. That was exactly the case with this patient. She had a slight dorsal hump and a more bulbous tip that were addressed with a cosmetic surgical rhinoplasty, aka nose job.

It can take a full year of healing to see final results but we’re thrilled for this beautiful patient!

This beautiful patient was bothered by her nose seeming too large and not fitting her face. After a thorough consultation we addressed it with a surgical cosmetic rhinoplasty or nose job. The goals of the cosmetic rhinoplasty were narrowing and better definition of her tip.

Deep plane facelift and neck lifts aren’t always intended to reverse the signs of aging. This beautiful 34 year old patient, chose to undergo a deep plane facelift, deep neck lift and rhinoplasty (nose job) to address a genetically heavier neck and the appearance of her nose.

While age is one factor when determining candidacy for a facelift, it’s not the only factor discussed during your consultation.

A good question I get often in consultations for neck sagging or heaviness is, “why can’t you just do liposuction?” While it sounds like a great option, it’s often not that simple and the structures deeper in the neck need to be addressed and tightened.

Lower eyelid skin pinches are a pretty common procedure we offer but not a lot of patients have heard of it when I suggest it as an option during a consultation.

Skin pinches are a surgical procedure where we remove just a tiny sliver of skin from under the lower eyelid eyelashes to reduce crepey skin. It’s a very subtle elegant outcome that can be most noticeable when smiling or squinting.

About to head into what’s called an isolated neck lift, which means only a neck lift and not a facelift along with it. This beautiful patient is in her 30s and has a genetically heavier neck. Because she is younger and does not yet show signs of jowling, I did not recommend doing a facelift as well as the neck lift. However every person ages differently so for some patients the same age I may recommend they have a facelift to maximize their results.
