Follow up to my previous post about facelift scar appearance a placement. In the postoperative picture you can clearly see the improved, correct position of her incision line with no tension on the skin. This will heal much more invisibly hidden in the natural junction point between ear and cheek!

Sometimes when a facelift is performed the scars that for aren’t ideal. In this case, too much tension was left at the end of the original surgery and it migrated away from the natural folds and creases. In my surgery, I marked her appropriately and through the deep plane facelift approach ensured better positioned, tension-free incision lines💪🏻

🙀 A facelift at 40?! When people hear about those in their 40s getting facelifts it’s always really controversial. However the facelift of the past gives today’s deep plane facelifts a bad rap. We’re imagining overdone, stretched, cat eyes, fake etc. That is not the case today. Our goal with a facelift is always a refreshed rejuvenated you.

When it comes to the neck, often deeper structural work is needed rather than a “quick, simple fix” of liposuction. In this beautiful patient’s case, she had a genetically heavier neck that bothered her. To achieve her goals of a tighter neck line, I had to suspend her sculpt her deep neck, shorten, tighten and reposition the platysma muscle and adequately release and resuspend her facial soft tissues. No chin implant!

Cost: $15,000 - $20,000 for facelift and neck lift

Pricing is all inclusive and includes all anesthesia fees, surgical fees, etc.

🤯 Our first year…wow! How flattered and privileged we are!

CW Facial Plastic Surgery opened its doors February 5, 2025 and now, what feels like in the blink of an eye, here we are a year later. I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve built to serve our patients. The goal has always been to offer expert facial plastic surgery care here in Kansas City while being down to earth, approachable, relatable and most importantly always kind, caring and empathetic.

👃 Working with the nose or any part of the body can be unpredictable. Even when you go to great surgeons there is still a lot of known risk with any surgery.
