Dr. Scott Cook's patient Dennis left a terrific review after his recent surgery. I don’t commonly place much stock in satisfaction surveys. I view them mostly as a tool to help us continually improve and identify any potential weaknesses. However I saw our Medicare report card today and thought of the “net promoter” scores that are now being purveyed by one consultant after another.

Here is the raw Medicare data about KCOI.

And i thought…why would anyone go anywhere else for Orthopedic care in the metro.

Stick with the Orthopedic Hospital that continually and consistently outperforms *every* other hospital in the Kansas City area.
