For anyone out there having a tough time...

Here are 2 x £20 notes.

The one on the left has been through a rough time, and is just a complete mess.

The one on the right is straight & crisp, not touched.

Answer me this.... is the one on the left worth less than the one on the right?

Don’t let anyone put you down just because you’ve been through a tough time and might need some support.

We are ALL equal. We are worth the same value. We all MATTER 💚💚

Read about su***de prevention and hope from Wyandotte Behavioral Health. It’s important to note that, if you’re worried a friend is considering su***de, the best thing you can do is ask them directly. Read more by clicking on the article.

Late last month, the su***de death of a young Wisconsin news anchor made headlines. Neena Pacholke was just 27 years old. Tragically, su***de continues to claim too many lives. Today is World Su***de Prevention Day, participated in by over 40 countries. Su***de can be prevented. Know the signs and if you’re experiencing a crisis YOU ARE NOT ALONE. In the US, call or text 988 to be connected with a person trained to take your call.

Many people think that su***de is an incredibly selfish act and that staying alive for people in your life should be a good motivator to stay alive. The truth is, many people in deep despair believe they’re a burden and that everyone would be better off without them.

Prevent su***de by understanding the signs and listening if you’re not sure what to say. Call 988 if you think someone is about to attempt. The National Su***de Prevention Hotline will talk you through what to do.
