✨Perioral CO₂ laser ✨refers to the use of a carbon dioxide (CO₂) laser to treat the skin around the mouth (“perioral” area).

✨Our patient opted to have two sessions with the CO2 laser. After the first session she was very pleased with her results but wanted to address the wrinkles a second time. We are pretty impressed with her results!

✨Perioral CO₂ laser resurfacing is used for:

-Fine and deep wrinkles around the mouth

-Sun damage and photoaging

-Actinic keratoses

-Perioral scars

We’re excited to welcome Rachael Janbaz as our new Patient Care Coordinator for Dr. McClung! She will be starting with our team 10/20/2025 and training along side Margie! Rachael brings a unique blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and a passion for aesthetics to our practice.

She holds a degree in Business and Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic University and spent over 20 years as a project manager in the telecom and utility industries. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail make her a natural fit for coordinating patient care with precision and compassion. She also holds an esthetician license and has experience working in our medical spa at Associated Plastic Surgeons. Her background bridges both the clinical and customer service sides of aesthetic care, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters, ages 12 to 18, along with their two adorable King Charles Cavalier puppies. A lifelong dancer, she grew up performing through high school and college and still takes dance classes in her free time.
Rachael’s warmth, professionalism, and dedication to patient satisfaction make her a wonderful addition to our team. We’re thrilled to have her on board!

Our patient underwent a facelift that included platysmaplasty, also known as a neck lift. The neck lift procedure consisted of tightening the platysma muscle and removing excess fat and skin, resulting in improved neck and jawline definition. We are very pleased with her results!
