PHEW! I was on the fence about highlighting 2016. These memories are never easy to review.

Hard as it is for me to look at, 2016 was the catalyst to Vidya Wellness. 🔥

For me, 2016 was one of the most pivotal years of my life. I believe my personal growth has always been ongoing, but 2016 was the year that flipped every truth I knew on its’ head.

In 2016 I was a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom and dairy goat farmer when I broke three vertebrae in my thoracic spine in a four wheeler accident.

The accident preceded the biggest transformation of my adult life including: switching my kids from homeschool to public school, selling my 60+ beloved farm animals, divorcing my husband of 9 years, moving cities and rebuilding a livelihood and prioritizing daily yoga, among other things…

I’m looking back on 2016 because it’s not so bad to see how far I’ve come in ten years. ❤️

I’m wishing you all a wonderful winter solstice, Christmas and Holiday season!!! ❄️

I’ll still be at the Lebanon studio teaching my regular classes through winter break, and there’s no better time to steal an hour for yourself to slow down, turn inward and move your body!

Per usual - expect my classes to warm up and challenge your entire body(and mind) while being so welcoming, warm & cozy and ultimately leave you refreshed and relaxed. Who doesn’t need that!?

Wednesday
9:30-10:30am Slow Burn

Friday
9:30-10:30am Warming Vinyasa Flow

JOIN US FOR OUR NEXT YOGA & MIMOSAS ON DECEMBER 6, 2025 FROM 12:00 - 1:30PM! 🥂

Angie with Moore Family Vineyards and Kate with Vidya Wellness are excited to bring you a lovely afternoon of movement, fun, community and mimosas!

Here’s what to expect from your morning with us:

Kate will teach a ~50 minute all levels yoga flow, starting off with intentional breathing and gentle stretching, warming up your body. We’ll work into a strong but accessible flowing sequence, and end nice and slow with a few longer held restorative postures and stillness.

After yoga, take your time at the Vineyard before it opens to the public, enjoy your mimosa or wassail or both(one drink is included in your ticket, you’re welcome to purchase more!) and enjoy time spent with friends new and old!
