Tennille surprised us all with one of the highest Inbody scores we see based on body composition, but definitely earned. Tennille’s approach of alternating fasting days with lean fit healthy meal days is definitely NOT appropriate for everyone, but for her works well. She even lifts on her fasting days!! Using 💯 lifestyle interventions currently and losing weight successfully to polish off the final few lbs!!
