For many years, my mindset around healing was rooted in Western medicine—conventional approaches that often focus on diagnosing a problem and treating it with surgery or medication. And there is absolutely a time and place for that.
But over time, something in me shifted.
I found myself drawn more and more toward Eastern medicine—traditional, holistic approaches that view the body as an interconnected system of mind, body, energy, and environment. Instead of asking, “What’s broken?” it asks, “What’s out of balance?”
Is it a slower path?
Yes.
Is it less standardized?
Also yes.
But it speaks deeply to my soul.
That’s why I feel so at home as a Zero Balancing practitioner. This work honors the body’s innate wisdom. It meets people exactly where they are in their lives—physically, emotionally, and energetically. There’s room for curiosity, creativity, and collaboration rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.
Working for myself allows me the freedom and flexibility to truly listen, to support, and to help clients feel empowered in taking an active role in their own well-being—not dependent on fixing, but connected to remembering.
This path feels aligned. It feels intentional. It feels like home.
