In a world that never stops, Zero Balancing is where your body finally gets to exhale.

People don’t need another thing to do.
They need a place to unwind from the inside out.

Zero Balancing is a gentle, powerful bodywork that helps release stress held deep in the body—especially in the spine, hips, and nervous system. You stay fully clothed during this work.

Come as you are.
Leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.

✨ When we begin to fill our soul… life begins to soften. ✨

There’s a moment when you stop pushing, striving, and forcing…
and instead, you start listening.

When you begin living the life that is truly meant for you,
things don’t feel so heavy.
You move with more ease.
You breathe deeper.
You feel supported from the inside out.

This is what happens when your body and spirit come back into alignment.

🌀 Zero Balancing is a powerful bodywork modality that helps release deep tension, restore energetic flow, and reconnect you to your core.

It’s not just about feeling better physically…
It’s about remembering who you are beneath it all.

This is where the magic lives.
This is where ease begins.

Why I Practice Meditation, Qigong & Conscious Breathing

(to be the best Zero Balancing practitioner I can be)
• To cultivate stillness within myself
The more grounded I am internally, the more safety and calm my clients feel in session.
• To regulate my own nervous system
Meditation and breathwork help me stay centered, present, and responsive — not rushed or reactive.
• To sharpen my ability to listen deeply
Zero Balancing is about subtle awareness. These practices refine my sensitivity to the body’s quiet language.
• To embody the balance I support in others
I can’t guide someone into coherence unless I’m practicing it in my own life.
• To keep my energy clear and steady
Qigong helps me move and circulate life-force energy so I show up replenished, not depleted.
• To strengthen my connection to the present moment
Healing happens now — not in the past or future. Meditation trains me to stay right here.
• To approach each client with openness and compassion
These practices soften judgment and deepen my heart-centered presence.
• To support my own body as an instrument of healing
Conscious breathing keeps my body relaxed, my hands responsive, and my touch intentional.
• To honor Zero Balancing as both art and practice
The work is structural, energetic, and deeply human — my daily practices help me meet it with reverence.
• Because healing is not something I “do”… it’s something I cultivate

My practice is how I continue becoming the clearest channel for balance, release, and transformation.

I was practicing Qi Gong today and one of the instructors said something that stopped me in my tracks:

“If you truly believe you are made of water… how would your body move?”

And I felt that question ripple through me.

What if our bodies aren’t meant to be pushed…
but listened to?

What if healing is less about effort…
and more about flow?

This is one of the reasons I love Zero Balancing so deeply.

Zero Balancing works with the relationship between energy and structure — using gentle fulcrums on the bones to invite the body into stillness, release, and reorganization.

Like water finding its way back to ease…
your body remembers.

Your nervous system softens.
Your energy returns.
Your inner tides settle.

If your body has been feeling tight, stuck, or like it’s holding too much…

Maybe it’s time to let it move like water again. 🌊

For many years, my mindset around healing was rooted in Western medicine—conventional approaches that often focus on diagnosing a problem and treating it with surgery or medication. And there is absolutely a time and place for that.

But over time, something in me shifted.

I found myself drawn more and more toward Eastern medicine—traditional, holistic approaches that view the body as an interconnected system of mind, body, energy, and environment. Instead of asking, “What’s broken?” it asks, “What’s out of balance?”

Is it a slower path?
Yes.
Is it less standardized?
Also yes.

But it speaks deeply to my soul.

That’s why I feel so at home as a Zero Balancing practitioner. This work honors the body’s innate wisdom. It meets people exactly where they are in their lives—physically, emotionally, and energetically. There’s room for curiosity, creativity, and collaboration rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

Working for myself allows me the freedom and flexibility to truly listen, to support, and to help clients feel empowered in taking an active role in their own well-being—not dependent on fixing, but connected to remembering.

This path feels aligned. It feels intentional. It feels like home.

Chandra Bhedana Breath

The Calming & Cooling Nervous System Reset

Feeling overheated, anxious, wired, or tense?
Your breath can shift your entire nervous system—and which nostril you breathe through truly matters.

🌙 What Is Chandra Bhedana?

Chandra Bhedana (moon-piercing breath) is a yogic breathing technique that involves:

Inhaling through the LEFT nostril
Exhaling through the RIGHT nostril

This specific pattern sends a powerful signal to your body to slow down, cool off, and settle.

🧠 Why the Left Nostril Matters

Breathing through the left nostril is associated with:
• Activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest)
• A cooling, calming effect on the body
• Reduced mental agitation and emotional reactivity
• Support for lowering heart rate and blood pressure

In contrast:
➡️ Right-nostril breathing is stimulating, heating, and energizing
➡️ Helpful for focus and alertness—but not when your system is already overstimulated

🌿 The Difference Is Real

This isn’t symbolic—it’s physiological.
Studies and long-standing yogic science show that nostril dominance directly affects the nervous system, cardiovascular response, and internal temperature.

Small change. Big impact.

🫁 How to Practice
1. Sit comfortably with a tall spine
2. Gently close your right nostril
3. Inhale slowly through the left nostril
4. Close the left nostril
5. Exhale smoothly through the right nostril
6. Repeat for 3–5 minutes, slow and relaxed

✨ Best practiced when feeling anxious, overheated, before sleep, or during stress.

💙 When to Use Chandra Bhedana
• Stress or anxiety
• High emotional intensity
• Difficulty sleeping
• Feeling overheated or inflamed
• Nervous system overload

To the wellness practitioners of the Upper Valley—
What would it feel like to be held, supported, and rebalanced… too?

Zero Balancing is a gentle yet powerful modality that works at the intersection of bone, energy, and consciousness—helping the body clear noise, restore balance, and reconnect to its innate rhythm.

The more we receive this work,
the clearer our connection becomes.
In our bodies. In our practices. In our lives.

I start my mornings like this—cold, crisp, quiet, with the stars still out—clearing and balancing so I can show up grounded and present as a practitioner. This work sustains me because it reminds me that receiving is essential.

✨ I’m inviting massage therapists, bodyworkers, and wellness practitioners to:
• Experience Zero Balancing firsthand
• Explore how it can complement your existing practice
• Help grow a stronger, more supported practitioner community in the Upper Valley

We need more practitioners—so the work can circulate, and so we can all be held, not just holding.

Curious?
Book a session or reach out to start a conversation.
Let’s explore this together.

When you come in to my space for a Zero Balance bodywork session, I meet you exactly where you’re at in that moment. When you leave, you generally feel much lighter and brighter, allowing you to feel your inner flame, allowing you to feel how your sun is always shining.

Do you live in “go, go, go” mode?
Always doing. Always showing up.
And last on the list… you?

What I often notice with people like this is right-sided muscle tension—tight shoulders, jaw, hip—
but when they’re on the table, something more subtle shows up.

👉 The right side feels depleted
👉 The left side feels dense, heavy, or clogged

Here’s why that matters:

The right side often reflects doing, action, output, and responsibility.
When we over-give and say yes to others before ourselves, that side can burn out—even while staying tight.

The left side relates more to receiving, rest, digestion, and the internal world.
When we don’t pause long enough to receive, that energy doesn’t flow—it backs up and densifies.

So the body ends up in a paradox:
• One side overworking
• The other side holding and guarding
• Neither side truly supported

✨ This is where Zero Balancing helps—not by forcing relaxation, but by restoring midline support, so the nervous system no longer has to compensate.

Balance doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from being met, supported, and centered.
