Trying to take a picture of yourself in a propped nest for yoga nidra is hard 😂 So imagine yourself reclined on the bolster or comfortably supported by the floor, lying on your back ready to rest.
Yoga nidra has become my favorite way to meditate. It is guided meditation. So while your body is still the mind is still aware and being guided through imagery.
